【產(chǎn)品概述】血清是基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基中極為重要的細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和粘附因子、激素、脂質(zhì)和礦物質(zhì)來(lái)源。此外，血清還可調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞膜通透性，并可作為向細(xì)胞內(nèi)運(yùn)送脂質(zhì)、酶、微量營(yíng)養(yǎng)素和微量元素的載體。牛血清是細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中用量最大的天然培養(yǎng)基，含有豐富的細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)必須的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成份，具有極為重要的功能。牛血清分為小牛血清、新牛血清、胎牛血清。
胎牛血清（ Fetal Bovine Serum）是通過(guò)無(wú)菌手術(shù)剖腹后取胎，穿刺心臟采血制成。胎牛血清中所含的對(duì)培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞有害的成分（抗體等）最少，故質(zhì)量最高。本產(chǎn)品以健康胎牛血液為原料加工而成，不添加任何外源因子，不含激素等。經(jīng)0.65μm、0.22 μm微孔濾膜預(yù)過(guò)濾，3次0.1μm微孔濾膜精過(guò)濾后，獲得成品胎牛血清。本產(chǎn)品無(wú)支原體、無(wú)細(xì)菌、無(wú)噬菌體、BVDV病毒等污染，內(nèi)毒素水平極低。
南京森貝伽子品牌Biochannel 特級(jí)胎牛血清 Fetal Bovine Serum（Superfine）適用于多種干細(xì)胞、免疫細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞系、腫瘤細(xì)胞等。細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)速度正常，形態(tài)良好。
